Do I need SIL or SDA funding to move in?
If you already have funding, placements are available now. If you don’t, we can still help with drop-in supports and guide you through the Home & Living process.

Can I meet support workers before starting?
Yes, every participant has the chance to meet workers before the first shift.

How quickly can supports begin?
In most cases, within days of your first conversation with us.

Do you provide both housing and drop-in supports?
Yes. We offer SIL/SDA housing and Core Supports, including daily living, personal care and community access.

Can I live alone if I prefer to?
Yes: depending on your NDIS funding model, we can explore 1:1 SIL housing arrangements or tailored supports so you can live independently.

Do you provide drop-in supports if I don’t have SIL or SDA funding?
Yes: you can start with drop-in supports while we help you work through the Home & Living process to secure SIL or SDA in the future.

Do you match workers to my personality and interests?
Yes: we take into account your lifestyle, routines, and preferences to ensure the support worker feels like a good fit for you.
